Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative:
Arrecife Diving Centre classifies garbage in glass, plastic and organic trash. The staff talks to guests about taking care of the coral reefs and not disturbing sea creatures to protect the biodiversity of the region. The owners also support the Biological Station of Los Roques and collaborate with the school and the town in September when the celebration of La Virgen del Valle is coming.
