Posada La Terraza is located merely 65 feet from the beach at El Gran Roque. It is an open, Mediterranean style house with constant ventilation, thanks to a thoughtful design regarding air circulation. Its inner yard is inhabited by the mutant sculptures of Josefina and tropical flowers.

Policy on children staying with parents:
The following rules are applied in case of children staying with parents:
- Children under 24 months of age, staying with their parents in the same room, incur no charge.
- Children from 2 to 11 years of age, staying with their parents in the same room, are entitled to 25% discount

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 25 days before arrival have no penalty; guests can use that deposit as a guarantee for another date.
- Cancellations made 24 days or less before the arrival are considered as "No Show" and no refund will be made.
