To begin, they have installed a rainwater tank for cleaning floors, sheets and watering plants. The posada has also installed energy-saving bulbs to save energy. They do not sell any spice off-season and they do not cook lobsters that are less than 1kg. Similarly, they grow coconuts, papaya and basil. Finally, they ask guests not to waste water and electricity because these are resources we need to treasure and save.
